I LOVE food! I enjoy exploring flavors, textures, colors, and creating new combinations. The best part is I relish sharing my creations with our guests! Using fresh seasonal produce, local products, and sustainable foods are important to me. The closer to home I can purchase items helps ensure the freshest produce and helps support our local community. Charitable events and volunteering as a culinary instructor are other actives that I participate in to help support our community. My experience includes Executive Chef at Cafe Modern in The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, Eatiz’s in Dallas, Central Market both Southlake and Fort Worth locations, (several of my creations are still available in stores now!) and owner of restaurants for over 15 years in Fort Worth and Waxahachie. This collective experience has given me an opportunity to learn, experiment, grow and teach others. It has also given me the skills to win!
