I LOVE food! I enjoy exploring flavors, textures, colors, and creating new combinations. The best part is I relish sharing my creations with our guests! Using fresh seasonal produce, local products, and sustainable foods are important to me. The closer to home I can purchase items helps ensure the freshest produce and helps support our local community. Charitable events and volunteering as a culinary instructor are other actives that I participate in to help support our community. My experience includes Executive Chef at Cafe Modern in The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, Eatiz’s in Dallas, Central Market both Southlake and Fort Worth locations, (several of my creations are still available in stores now!) and owner of restaurants for over 15 years in Fort Worth and Waxahachie. This collective experience has given me an opportunity to learn, experiment, grow and teach others. It has also given me the skills to win! Check out Food Network’s Chopped episode titled “Smokin’ Skills” where you can watch me do battle against three talented chefs and come through as the victor!

At American Revelry I seek to create a modern version of American classics and introduce some cultural influences that have become a part of our melting pot of cuisine across the nation!

Christopher Brockington

Chef de Cuisine

Chef Brock is an Army Veteran, and father of two young boys! His cooking journey started over 30 years ago. He most recently spent 13 years cooking at Cafe Modern, in The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth starting as a lead cook and culminating as Sous Chef. He is a former team leader for Pepsi Co, and head corporate trainer for East Side Mario’s. Chef Brock recently won Judges Special Award at Cookin’ for Kids Celebrity Chef Cook Off! In his free time he enjoys cooking in the kitchen with his boys, and picking up heavy things and putting them back down. (He likes going to the gym and staying fit!)

At American Revelry Chef Brock creates many of the chef’s features, soups, and works with Chef Denise to create new menu items.
